How do I place an Order?

Browse our super super dope products and anything that takes your fancy, you simply add to basket and follow the checkout procedure.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Our products are automatically sent for production within 15 minutes of your order, so please do be super super careful when placing an order. If you order something by mistake, please reach out asap either via email whatsup@supersuperdope.com or via the messenger pop up on each page and we will do our best to make you happy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you plan to buy from us more than once, creating an account will allow for a quicker check out, or alternatively you can check out as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you an email with the tracking number and carrier information.

How Can I Return a Product?

We super super hope that you will be happy with the product you receive, however, on the rare occasion this doesn’t happen, first step is to please send us a message via email with an explanation.

If we cannot resolve the issue we will accept returns for defective and wrong item delivered products, we’ll notify you via email that the package has been returned once it reaches our manufacturing partners and based on the reason for the return, we’ll decide what the next steps should be together.
